Refunds
If Pērmatology is unable to deliver your order, we will notify you of the cause without delay. If the payment has already been made, then Pērmatology will take the necessary steps to refund the payment. This process would be conducted within 3 business days from the date of receiving the payment.
However, to be eligible for a return, your order will be inspected to ensure it has remained in its original condition, prior to shipment. Your return or exchange request will be denied under the following conditions:
Returns
As a general rule, you will bear the cost of returning your order, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
However, if the products you ordered were different from what was advertised or contracted (incorrect delivery, damage), Pērmatology will bear the return costs. In this case, you can request a return within 3 months from the date of receiving your order.
To return your purchase, please contact us via email at leenbeauty@leenbeauty.co.kr. In your email, we kindly ask you to state your name, order number, and explain the issue and reason for your return request. If possible, provide us with pictures illustrating the problem. We will respond promptly and help you resend the product.
