Once your purchase is complete, Pērmatology will send you a confirmation notice. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.
If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day (Monday - Friday). Unless otherwise agreed upon, Pērmatology will process and send out your order within 7 days from the date you made your purchase.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors like order volume, courier delivery delays, or events beyond Pērmatology's control.
If you notice any discrepancies in your confirmation email, please contact us immediately. We will make the necessary changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Korean Shipping
All Pērmatology orders are shipped from Korea. Pērmatology provides international shipping.
Pērmatology will specify the delivery method, the party responsible for the delivery cost, and the expected delivery time. If Pērmatology exceeds the agreed delivery period, we will compensate you for any damages caused, unless Pērmatology is proven unreliable.
International Shipping
All Pērmatology orders are shipped from Korea.
Pērmatology will inform you of the delivery method and the party responsible for the delivery cost via email. You will also be provided with a tracking number to track your order.
Please be aware that all International orders may incur additional fees, such as duties, taxes, and import/export charges. These fees are not included in the original shipping charge, and must be paid by you in addition to the shipping prices stated on the Pērmatology website. Those charges are not reimburseable. If you fail to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us. We will provide you with a refund for returned products, minus the return delivery costs.
